Labtest App is used for LabTestCert. This app allows the users to collect clients information accurately. Here there are two users. One is Representative and another is Reviewer. Representative will collect all data from field. Once its collected reviewer will review the content and allow to proceed by sign in to the form. All contents are stored on server in pdf format.
